You can purchase your domain name from any domain name registrar. Second, in order to proceed, you will also need to purchase a hosting package. Both your domain name and hosting package are items that will need to be renewed on a yearly basis. A custom project is wonderful for so many reasons. The main reason (in our opinion) is that a custom site is built specifically to what you want and need. The next part of this questionnaire is to help you dig down and answer both of those questions. It’s important to know what you like and what you don’t like so that we can see what kind of design and style you’re drawn to. If you’re not sure, spend some time surfing the web and get inspired! What draws you to these websites? Things commonly commented upon: White space, color(s), large hero (header) image, etc. Please list up to 3 websites (with their URL) and what you like about them For example: kikawebdesign.com - I like the color palette of this site and minimal use of images throughout. Please note: This does not need to be a kikaDESIGN website. Look at your friends sites, favorite authors, and authors who are writing in your same genre. For some, this might be something as simple as not caring for certain colors or styles while for others, no movement is preferred. Whatever it is that you don’t care for, let us know.
